What Makes This Role Exciting
As an IT Corporate Engineer, you will provide prompt resolution of global technical support to our end user base at a rapidly growing rate of 1400+ employees and development of the Corporate IT estate of applications and hardware. This will involve contributing to the global business goals and maintaining one standard IT solution that is required to evolve the growing technology tools. As part of the role, it is a requirement to be self‑sufficient, work effectively in a fast‑paced environment for day‑to‑day support tickets, asset management, application subject‑matter expert, and participation in small projects. You will become a regional support contact for a range of IT incidents and requests supporting a variety of technology throughout the CloudPay estate.
