Your Mission

Lead the Global People Labor Relations agenda with a strong focus on Spanish labour law, ensuring full compliance while balancing legal risk with business needs. Act as the internal expert on employment labour relations and legal matters, providing pragmatic and strategic advice on complex labour topics (collective bargaining agreements, employee relations cases, potential labour‑relation conflicts) and ensuring consistency and governance across the organization. Build and maintain effective relationships with work councils and employee representatives, supporting sustainable business outcomes. Contribute to the alignment of people policies and provide selective support on international labour matters.
