The Opportunity
To fill a vacancy in the General Manager’s role within a property on a short-term basis and provide a degree of stability to resident, staff and community.
Key Accountabilities
Resident Relations
- Ensure the provision of a safe, secure environment for all residents and compliance with all levels of legislation.
- Prioritize resident well-being and comfort; identify decision making points in operation to maintain the property’s success and profitability.
- Maintain quality care, resident life safety and services.
- Address all resident/family/staff/community concerns immediately and direct them to the Director, Regional Operations (DRO).
- Report all regulatory inspection reports to DRO.
Leadership
- Lead Marketing Management Operations Meetings and provide reports to the DRO.
