Corporate Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling the company's daily banking and financing matters, including banking facilities, working capital loans, and trade financing activities.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on daily financing matters, including financing applications, document submissions, loan drawdowns, and renewals.
• Assist in preparing financing-related documents, including financial information, operational data, banking forms, and supporting materials.
• Support trade finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Trust Receipts (TR),import financing, and other banking facilities.
• Assist in maintaining financing records, loan schedules, repayment tracking, and filing of financing documents.
