We're working with a leading international industrials company seeking a Director to join its Corporate Development & Strategy team in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions from evaluation through execution.
- Develop financial models, valuations, and business cases.
- Support corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Manage due diligence processes and external advisors.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or a related field.
- Strong M&A and financial modelling skills.
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland.
