Corporate Development Associate

Requirements

• A self-starter who takes on responsibility quickly and operates independently, comfortable working directly with C‑suite
• Strategically sharp, with the analytical rigor to frame and pressure‑test high‑stakes decisions
• Ideal candidates will have fast‑paced professional environment experience (investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, strategy as examples)
• Comfort with interfacing with senior counterparties, from investors and partners to government and industry leaders
• Curious about semiconductors, data centers, and AI, with the drive to go deep on both the technology and the market
• Execute M&A, from sourcing and diligence through modeling, negotiation, and close
• Lead financial and business modeling that underpins fundraising, deals, and strategic decisions
• Build and manage partnerships and strategic sales across the AI, semiconductor, and data center ecosystem
