About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with approximately 2–3 years of transaction experience at a reputable law firm or in‑house supporting M&A, who is looking to transition either in‑house, or continue to build a career focused on M&A, corporate transactions, and strategic growth initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior executives and business leaders on acquisitions across Canada and the US, managing transactions from initial due diligence through closing and post‑closing elements.

Bilingualism is strongly preferred given the Company's significant operations and acquisition activity in Québec.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support acquisitions from letter of intent through signing, closing, and post‑closing elements.
