ScalePad seeks a proactive Corporate Controller to lead our accounting function. This hands-on role involves financial reporting, tax compliance, and effective treasury management.
In this senior role with accountability for our diverse accounting needs, you will oversee financial reporting across multiple legal entities, manage tax compliance in Canada and the US, and lead audits. Your expertise in public practice and cross-border tax structures will be pivotal in guiding our business decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team in a high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own monthly financial close across multiple entities
• Lead the annual external audit process
• Manage cash forecasting and banking relationships
• Oversee revenue and accounts receivable cycles
