Amarc Resources Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Controller for our Vancouver office. Contribute to financial reporting, joint venture partnerships, and treasury management in this full-time, permanent position.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will shape the Finance function policies and practices while supporting project teams across JOY, DUKE, and IKE districts. You will prepare financial statements, manage joint venture reporting, and ensure compliance with IFRS. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems will be essential in efficiently executing these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Manage joint venture reporting and reconcile accounts
• Oversee accounts payable and GL coding accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate audits with external partners
