Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting activities, supervise and review the work of the Accounting Team covering the following areas:
- Accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Payroll validation and coordination with external payroll providers
- Account reconciliations and journal entry review
- Recording of revenues and expenses
- Fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and reconciliations
- Inventory accounting, reporting, and adjustments
- Cost accounting, product costing, calculation of COGS, and analysis of variances to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Management and operational reports
- Maintain secure, organized, and accessible filing systems for physical and digital accounting and compliance documents
- Ensure adherence to statutory record‑keeping requirements (minimum 10 years)
