A leading Tier 1 automotive company is seeking a Welding & Robot Engineer.
Job Authority Escalation of risks to the management
Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining updated product and process risk analyses (FMEA D/P), evaluating their effectiveness, and coordinating the problem‐solving process with applicable methodologies for optimal execution.
Activities Activity 1: Training multidisciplinary personnel in core tools.
Activity 2: Lead a multidisciplinary team for FMEA generation (P‐D) based on APIS.
Activity 3: Generate process/design FMEA in APIS for new VDA/AIAG projects.
Activity 4: Maintain control of updates to the latest level of FMEAs – Control Plan.
Activity 5: Coordinate the reverse FMEA review prior to production startup (SOP).
Activity 6: Support multidisciplinary teams in problem‐solving for effective analysis.
