Job Description The IT Operation and Service Specialist for Asset & Configuration Data Management plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, health, and reliability of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of CMDB data, acting as a bridge between the data and the IT teams that rely on it. The candidate will ensure that IT Service Management (ITSM) processes are strictly followed and will empower our Product Service Lines (PSLs) to effectively manage and consume CMDB data within ServiceNow.
