We are looking for an IT Operation and Service Specialist for Asset & Configuration Data Management who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy, health and reliability of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role bridges data management with IT teams, ensuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes are strictly followed and supporting our Product Service Lines (PSLs) to utilize CMDB data within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational (RUN) tasks to maintain, update and audit CMDB data, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of configuration items and their relationships.
• Collaborate proactively with infrastructure, application, network and other IT teams to identify data discrepancies, resolve CI conflicts and continuously improve CMDB data quality.
