Overview
Lead transformation initiatives within the Operational Performance Team to bridge the gap between high‑level cloud strategy and daily operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Transform & Lifecycle Management: Coordinate end‑to‑end decommissioning and upgrade projects for unsupported hardware, operating systems and databases; lead migration projects and integrate Sovereign Cloud solutions into the operational catalog; transform technical debt data into actionable roadmaps.
- Service Evolution & Automation: Manage the Self‑Service Portal project, coordinate between Design and Automation teams to launch new automated service lines; drive Lean projects for continuous service improvement.
