Candidates Must Meet All Of The Following
- Proven experience in content writing for the retail banking, digital banking, fintech or financial institutions
- UX writing or microcopy experience (CTAs, forms, error messages)
- Minimum 3 years of professional content writing experience
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, such as: Accounts, loans, credit cards, Islamic banking, investments, digital banking, etc.
- Experience writing website content, including: Home Page, Product pages, Informational pages, Customer education content, FAQs etc.
- Ability to write persuasive, clear, accurate and compliant content suitable as per regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, linguistics, or related field (Master’s degree, a plus)
