The CEx Business Partner - Digital Excellence at AbbVie is expected to partner with key stakeholders and therapeutic areas across the Scandinavian affiliate to:
- Serve as the Customer Excellence Team expert in digital and content excellence, integrating global tools and processes tailored to our go-to-market model.
- Explore innovative strategies to optimize the digital and content approach using AI, driving digital performance excellence and fostering a future-fit mindset for a modern customer engagement model.
- Drive initiatives in other customer excellence-related topics, tools, and processes in line with company priorities.
