We’re hiring a Copywriter who thinks like a growth marketer, someone who can break down what works, rebuild it into sharper scripts, and scale winning ideas across languages and audiences. Adapt scripts across languages while maintaining cultural nuance and relatability Make content feel real, raw, and native to the platform Obsess over performance metrics: hook rate, watch time, retention, CTR 2–4 years of experience in performance-focused copywriting ~ Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi (more is a plus)~ Strong instinct for ad-first writing ~ Experience writing UGC-style ads ~ Familiarity with Meta ad ecosystem (A/B testing hooks, creatives, formats)The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
