Responsibilities
- Execute all logistics activity for the assigned perimeter to provide a constant and efficient supply of equipment to customers (Retailers and Manufacturers).
- Oversee order processing to ensure on‑time deliveries, monitor logistics performance, and address performance metrics such as on‑time delivery, transport quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and minimizing disruptions.
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, promptly responding to queries, urgent requests, and resolving logistics‑related issues in real time.
