About the Role
Reporting to Manager, Student Leadership & Engagement, the Coordinator, Student Leadership Development advances, coordinates and assesses student leadership, mentorship and skill‑development initiatives that support student engagement, belonging and success.
The Coordinator, Student Leadership Development designs and facilitates learning experiences that help students build leadership capacity, strengthen peer connections and apply transferable skills across their academic, personal and professional journeys. They provide guidance and support to student leaders, mentors, facilitators, volunteers and student‑led leadership groups, while collaborating with campus partners to align programming with student needs and institutional priorities.
