Responsibilities
- To maintain comprehensive records / logs on customer complaint and keep track of issues till effective closure.
- To maintain customer equipment status/movement & reporting to management and finally to supplier
- To organize and prepare supplier, customer meeting
- Scheduling of service job scope by:
- Liaising and communicate with customers for service scheduling, quotation, delivery & collect samples and etc
- Liaising and communicate with staff for service matters
- Liaising and communicate with suppliers related to service, trouble shooting, repair and etc
- To maintain good documentary control system in keeping track of job reports and its status
- To manage consumables/parts inventory, ordering, delivery, storage, housekeeping and all related records
- To maintain licensing and permit upkeep and records
