Manages operations and staff responsible for material handling activities. Monitors the receipt, coordination, and movement of goods through the facility. Ensures that all personnel adhere to the company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental procedures. Manages staffing, development, and performance management of warehouse workers. Communicates warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. Ensures requirements are followed by staff.

• Supervises material handling supervisors by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining associates; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring; adhering to policies and procedures.
