The Recruitment team under the Office of the Registrar is currently seeking a Full‑time Temporary Relief Coordinator, Prospective Student Engagement for approximately 12 months. Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Student Recruitment and Applicant Relations, the Coordinator provides direction, supervision and coordination of undergraduate engagement recruitment efforts to support the University of Calgary’s enrolment goals. The role is pivotal in supporting UCalgary’s prospective student communication plan and the execution of cross‑region and armchair recruitment activities.

Key accountabilities include the execution of UCalgary’s undergraduate paid and organic social media efforts; oversight of other armchair recruitment activities such as the Recruitment and Admission Blog or Choose UCalgary podcast; and leadership of prospective student engagement activities such as events like Open House, You at UCalgary, or the Campus Tour program.
