The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company’s only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.
This role will work closely with the People & Culture team to support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and training. Playing a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience while maintaining strong data accuracy and HR processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and coordinate onboarding, ensuring new employees are effectively inducted
- Maintain and update HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters
