Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your role is to ensure the administration of payroll and benefits, including related accounting. You will also be responsible for ensuring the optimal management and coordination of employee file management and information integrity in the HR system. You will work closely with the HR leader and HR team, developing and recommending long‑term solutions and improving processes and programs to optimize the employee experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration of weekly payroll for hourly employees in Canada (bookkeeping, tax withholding, insurance).
  • Administration of monthly payroll for employees in Taiwan with partner SD Worx.
