Reporting to the Manager of Human Research Protections, you will be pivotal in facilitating the research ethics review process at Holland Bloorview. This role emphasizes effective communication with REB members and researchers while ensuring compliance with ethical standards. Your expertise in human research participant protection will optimize processes and support the REB Chair and members in their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with REB members and research teams effectively
• Educate on REB standards and ethical principles
• Coordinate REB submissions and oversee compliance
• Maintain the REB website and eREB system
