Coordinator of Planning and Operations Control

Responsibilities

• Management of planning and monitoring the implementation of OOH (out-of-home) operations in the assets/verticals and locations under your responsibility.
• Coordinate project implementation schedules, from technical feasibility through installation, operation and maintenance.
• Monitor and track operational performance of public and private contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations and the Operations area’s KPIs.
• Analyze, monitor and track operational performance indicators, proposing process and productivity improvements.
• Analyze, monitor and track the area’s budget (Capex and Opex), proposing changes and cost reductions.
• Manage invoicing for third-party contracts.
• Contribute to expansion studies and new projects by providing realized operational and financial performance data for projections.
