Overview
Coordinator - Insurance Operations, Calgary, Ontario (Onsite). Pay: $24–$28/hr. Contract Length: 18 Months.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation.
- Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and performance standards.
- Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance laws and legislation.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative work experience.
- Excellent care and attention to detail in completing tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
