Overview

Coordinator - Insurance Operations, Calgary, Ontario (Onsite). Pay: $24–$28/hr. Contract Length: 18 Months.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents and information, including report preparation.
  • Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and performance standards.
  • Update reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance laws and legislation.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative work experience.
  • Excellent care and attention to detail in completing tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
