Coordinator in Human Resources at SSR Mining

Be instrumental in HR functions with SSR Mining as a Coordinator at the Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives in this pivotal role.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Human Resources, you'll play a key role in employee engagement through recruitment support and maintaining HR records. You will also engage with the Admin Travel team for travel logistics and assist in site events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries about HR policies and employee benefits
• Prepare reports and maintain HR-related documentation
• Assist with new employee onboarding and training facilitation
• Support the organization of development sessions for staff
• Handle attendance management and compliance processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in human resources or related field
• At least three years of relevant HR experience
