About the Role
Reporting to the Supervisor, Human Resources, the HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, training & development, maintaining HR records, and providing general administrative support. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Admin Travel team to provide backup support in scheduling travel and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, company policies, programs, and HR procedures, while fostering a positive, open line of communication. Assist with performance management program.
- Maintain employee records, prepare reports on HR activities and metrics, and coordinate employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and updating records to ensure compliance.
