Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle deployment and availability
- Track vehicle movement utilization and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with drivers for routes attendance and assignments
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintenance, and documentation renewal
- Maintain fleet records including insurance registration and permits
- Create and generate reports
Qualifications
- Has a good experience in Power BI, expertise in Excel, knowledge of data analysis, and KPIs preferable
- Reports breakdowns, delays, and operational issues to management
- Support compliance with safety, RTA, and company policies
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet or transport operations
- Basic knowledge of UAE roads, fleet compliance, and vehicle documentation
- Working knowledge of tracking systems
- Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Reporting is a must
