Coordinator - Financial Controlling

What you will do:

• Lead, coach, and develop the controlling team, ensuring high performance and talent development.
• Coordinate monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, IFRS requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Act as the primary coordinator for internal and external audits.
• Drive automation initiatives, business intelligence solutions, and process improvements using Power BI, SQL, Python, and ERP capabilities.
• Support business units through financial analysis, scenario modeling, profitability assessments, and strategic decision support.
• Coordinate credit risk assessment activities, support credit committees, and monitor customer credit exposure.
