About the position

• Provide high-quality Library experience in all contact modes to ensure every contact with the Collections Team is friendly, positive and professional, creating a high standard of service delivery.
• Mentor, coach and develop staff and responsibly manage all levels of performance
• Lead direct reports to deliver agreed outputs aligned with section strategies.
• Review and analyse relevant statistics and make recommendations on changes to services, processes and procedure.
• Work collaboratively with other Library teams to source, develop and use content to promote the library’s information resources.
