Coordinator - Cargo Operations (DWC)

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To support the optimization of aircraft space utilization, liaise with Ground Handling Agent (GHA), minimize discrepancy claims and ensure that cargo is correctly stored in accordance with the nature of the commodity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors flights regularly with a focus on low‑capacity flights with high cargo demand to ensure that the maximum volume of cargo is uplifted.
• Maintains and enhances good communication flow across the departments to ensure stakeholders are equipped, well informed and up to date with the operational activity.
• Supports cargo handling tasks within any of flydubai cargo internal/external warehouses, ramp and cargo aircraft activities, including and not limited to build‑up, breakdown, delivery and customer service related issues.
• Performs assigned tasks in line with company Standard Operating Procedures, safety, security and specific airline procedures.
