Leads the medical department activities and provides medical attention and advice for work and non-work related cases. Ensures the company is in compliance with all health requirements as outlined in various governmental laws.
Major Duties Explore comprehensive medical information that may be contradictory in order to theorize about sources of pathologies. Make a diagnosis for treatment to be reviewed by more experienced clinicians. Understand and deliver treatment plans, and potentially help to develop them. Monitor patient for reactions or side effects. Support the provision of health and wellness advice to patients.
