Coordinador de Customer Service (Torreón)

Sunstrong International is looking for a customer service coordinator has experience on order management, farmiliar with ERP system.

• Order Management, follow up customer orders and to confirm delivery schedule in a timely manner.
• Manage forecast/inventory and material planning with customer and coordinate factory team to excute that.
• Update orders/delivery schedule/Material inventory and risk buy data in weekly basis.
• Host or join meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Timely follow up to drive quality issues that affects delivery schedule.

• Colledge degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in customer service and order management, prefer to be in EMS industry.
• Good at English Speaking and writing, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
