The Recruiting Lead is responsible for coordinating and supporting recruitment activities for a large site or multiple sites while serving as a key resource and mentor to recruiters and recruitment sourcing specialists. This role drives recruitment execution, promotes best practices, supports team development, and partners closely with hiring managers and HR teams to achieve staffing objectives. The Recruiting Lead manages full‑cycle recruiting for key positions, helps optimize recruitment processes and sourcing strategies, and serves as a subject‑matter expert to ensure an effective and consistent hiring experience across the organization.
