Position: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Sunday
Hours: Breakfast (6:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.), Lunch (11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and Dinner (4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
Responsibilities
The cook shall:
- Be responsible for the development of menus, food storage, and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Clean kitchen, all dishes and appliances after each meal and cause minimal disruption to the normal operation of the facility.
- Ensure high quality food operations with minimal disruptions.
- Control cost of food services.
- Provide effective internal controls and management oversight in support of effective organizational processes.
- Demonstrate an innovative approach to food operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
