The Lounge Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food items in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
Ensure food is served hot, fresh, and attractively plated.
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Assist in developing and implementing daily specials or promotions as approved by management.
Support bar and lounge staff by ensuring food orders are prepared efficiently and delivered promptly.
