Overview
An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of Support Services staff within the North East Fife catering department based at Stratheden Hospital. Two posts are available: 36 hours and 15 hours per week. Please indicate clearly on your application which hours you would like to be considered for.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of all catering staff.
- Preparing, producing and presenting the menu items required for the food service to patients, staff and visitors.
- Assisting with maintaining a clean, safe working environment for the delivery of the catering service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential: An up-to-date Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Desirable: Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Relevant catering qualifications (City and Guilds 706/1 & 706/2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
