He/She is responsible for preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards and in‑charge of maintaining smooth kitchen operation and food preparation to meet guests’ demands.

FSC: COOKING OF PANDA DISHES

  • Prepares all Panda dishes according to company recipes and standards, specifically meeting company standards for flavor, texture, doneness, color, and aroma.
  • Performs all Back of the House (BOH) responsibilities.

COMPLIANCE: WORKABILITY AND KITCHEN STANDARDS

  • Ensures workability, intensity, and integrity in the kitchen.
  • Ensures that the store’s kitchen meets required standards of the company.
  • Complies with food safety and other facilities‑related standards.

SALES AND PROFIT: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

  • Efficient use of raw materials and batches of cooking to minimize wastages that is seen in the store’s PNL.
