What you will do: Cooking Cooking (alone initially, helper will join later) Manage pre-cooking kitchen preparation and stock, order supplies, avoid wastage (alone initially, helper will join later) Keep kitchen clean and follow food safety rules Ensure food quality and consistency Managing the shop Open and close the shop daily (as per our checklist) Order supplies from vendors (list and process given by us) Count daily sales, tell owner (simple format given) Salary + Benefits Salary depending on experience and market standard Incentive (extra, based on performance) Two Wheeler petrol allowance (extra, if you use two wheeler to commute to work) Helper will join soon to support you in the kitchen Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a fast food / cloud kitchen Basic English - can read simple instructions, talk to customers Own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) Honest, punctual, good with people Preferred location - Rajarhat, New Town, Airport, Keshtopur, Ultadanga
