We serve underserved markets across LatinAmerica, Africa, and SoutheastAsia, processing over $2B in annualized payment volume. We’re building the compliance rails the general payment system is missing.
The Role
You are Sr director in growth Ops, who is the connective tissue between Customer Success, Payment Ops, and Compliance. This is not a support role — you own outcomes. You’ll carry your own book of clients, hold bank partners accountable, and drive the single metric that matters: same-customer net revenue growth, month over month. The goal is for you to take over as the company COO.
