The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run mainly residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Your duties will include the following -
- Dealing with clients,
- Following up outstanding conditions,
- Dealing with solicitors, banks,
- on line searches, settlement statements
- Booking in settlements with PEXA, billings and general file management duties.
Your Experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing paralegal experience. Excellent file management skills and customer service skills are also essential.
