An established and growing law firm based in Redditch is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to provide updates and request information
