Convert 2D Plan PDF to 3D Model in Chief Architect X17

I'm looking for an experienced Chief Architect professional who can accurately convert a 2D floor plan (PDF format) into a fully modeled 3D project. The final model should be clean, well-organized, and true to the original design.
