Controls & Test Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

The Controls Engineer position is responsible for the development and delivery, in coordination with manufacturing engineers, of the required manufacturing equipment and systems for manual to highly automated assembly and test equipment. The predominant product lines are Control Devices (actuators, connectors, sensors, switches) and Electronics (Clusters, Control Modules). The engineer works heavily with PCBA calibration & programming and automotive embedded system communication (CAN/LIN/etc.).

• Understand Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan, and necessary controls for all new products.
• Develop M&E specifications, including electrical/programming/hardware requirements.
• Coordinate vendor machine qualification, transfer to plant, and installation at plant.
• Complete delivery of all required electrical systems and documentation.
