Controls Scrum Master (Monterrey)

Position Summary

The Controls Scrum Master will facilitate Agile delivery for the Americas controls application teams. This role will support multiple cross-functional teams across Mexico and US locations, ensuring effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies while removing impediments to team productivity and delivery excellence. This position plays a critical role in the Americas regional controls organization, enabling teams to deliver high-quality controls applications for multiple product lines (DX, EDGE/CRV) while maintaining strong coordination with general Product Owners and technical leadership. This position will be based onsite at Vertiv's Monterrey, MX - Apodaca location.
