Insight Global is looking for a technical and customer-facing lead for Phase 1 execution in Cambridge and Sweden. The Controls Lead is responsible for owning system understanding end-to-end, supporting remote installations, and acting as the primary technical interface with the customer during staggered phases of the program. This individual will transition into a long-term leadership role across subsequent phases.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as lead for Phase 1 integration activities in Cambridge
Own system-level understanding across PLCs, robotics, and vision systems
Lead and support remote installation activities in Sweden
Serve as the in‑office technical lead during installation and post‑install support
