Controls Hardware Validation Engineer (Test Automation)

Rheem Manufacturing in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico is seeking an experienced test engineer to lead product testing from concept through production. The role involves collaborating with systems and hardware engineering, creating test plans, and designing automated test fixtures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and has 2–3 years of experience in electronic controls testing and circuit diagnostics. Candidates should be well-versed in CAD tools and LabVIEW.
