Controls Hardware Validation Engineer

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with systems engineering and hardware engineering to develop verification and validation requirements.
- Execute product testing projects from concept through production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Create and maintain professional test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Design and build automated test fixtures using CAD tools and LabVIEW.
- Develop and implement performance and qualification test methods; analyze and document results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electronic controls testing, including analog/digital circuit diagnostics and validation.
- Fluent in English
- Valid US Visa
